§ 01

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small data file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies set by Koven are first-party cookies. Cookies set by other parties are third-party cookies.

Why we use cookies

Essential cookies (rh_token, rh_refresh) are required for you to stay signed in. They cannot be rejected as they are strictly necessary.

Analytics cookies (ph_*) are set by PostHog to help us understand which features are used and where the product needs improving. Rejecting them will not affect your ability to use Koven.

§ 04

Web beacons

We may use pixel tags in emails to track whether they have been opened. You can disable this by blocking images in your email client.

§ 05

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as no uniform technical standard exists.

§ 06

How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies will prevent you from signing in. Signing out of Koven invalidates both auth cookies immediately.
